\n \nThe Role
\n \nWe're hiring a Performance Social Manager to join our social team as the conversion-focused counterpart to our Creative Social Manager. You'll work together daily — they build the brand, you build the content that drives people to act on it.
\n \nThis isn't a paid media role. You're a content creator who thinks in hooks, tests obsessively, and knows how to make someone stop scrolling, click through, and buy something. You shoot your own content, own your own testing framework, and report into our CMO.
\n \nWhat You'll Do
\n \nIdeate and produce short-form video content designed to convert — product demos, before/after, testimonials, education, UGC-style content. Shoot and edit yourself. Develop a testing framework around hooks, formats, CTAs, and messaging angles. Own link-in-bio, story links, and shopping tags to drive traffic from social to site. Track what's working — click-through, site traffic, conversion — and use it to inform your next idea. Flag high-performing content that could work as paid creative. Collaborate daily with our Creative Social Manager and escalate decisions up through the CMO.
\n \nWhat We're Looking For
\n \n2-3 years creating content for a DTC or beauty brand. Strong instinct for what converts and the results to back it up. Comfortable behind the camera and in the data. You move fast, iterate without ego, and don't need a lot of structure to thrive.
