Manage 15-25 concurrent corporate requisitions. Recruit across Finance, Accounting, Technology, Compliance, HSE, HR, and other business functions. Build proactive talent pipelines while driving active searches. Partner directly with hiring managers and executive leadership. What We're Looking For 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Energy, Oil & Gas, or other publicly traded/industrial industry recruiting experience required. Proven ability to manage high-volume recruiting with minimal oversight. Executive presence and confidence leading interviews with senior leaders. Strong sourcing skills and a proactive recruiting mindset. Experience with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.
