Задачи: Own the end-to-end design process across multiple client projects, from initial discovery and wireframing to final high-fidelity interfaces Conduct user research, including usability testing, interviews and data analysis, to understand user requirements and validate design decisions Translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions, creating wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs in Figma Design responsive, accessible and technically feasible interfaces that follow best practices, design principles and WCAG guidelines Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries across projects Collaborate with project managers, developers and QA teams throughout the design and development process Use AI tools to enhance workflows, explore design alternatives, prototype concepts and improve output quality Present and defend design decisions to clients and stakeholders, advocating for user-centric solutions Test and iterate designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights Требования: At least 2 years of professional UX/UI design experience Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work for web and mobile applications Deep understanding of user-centred design methodologies, interaction design principles and visual design fundamentals Proficiency in Figma, including design systems and component libraries Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design improvements Solid understanding of responsive design principles and best practices Confidence in challenging assumptions and advocating for user-focused design solutions Familiarity with AI tools and their use in the design process Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and communicate asynchronously Fluent English (C1), with excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions Experience collaborating with geographically distributed, multicultural teams Будет плюсом: experience at a digital software agency or software development company, basic understanding of HTML/CSS, familiarity with prototyping and usability testing tools, domain expertise in fintech, Ad Tech, iGaming, healthcare or e-commerce, experience using AI-assisted design tools such as Cursor or Claude Code for prototyping and building interactive concepts Условия: Contract engagement Freelance, part-time or full-time engagement options Competitive hourly compensation Flexible working hours and an asynchronous work environment Opportunity to work with a diverse, global team across various projects Continuous learning and professional development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr HireHi
